Maharashtra rule. There is no upper age bar for pre-primary.

    Walk the classrooms and ground with a teacher. Bring your child. Mon–Sat 9 am–5 pm, or a slot that suits you.

  3. Meet a teacher

    A friendly conversation with your child, not a test. For Class 3 and above there is a short written check of reading and numbers.

  4. Submit documents

    Hand in the checklist below. The office confirms the seat in writing within [two] working days.

  5. Pay and settle in

    Pay the fee by the modes listed on the fee page. Books, uniform and the first-day plan follow by WhatsApp.

    Accounts, Before the first day

Joining mid-year or transferring in? The same steps apply. Bring the transfer certificate and last report card. Fees are charged for the remaining terms only.

What to keep ready

Photocopies are fine. Originals are shown once at the office and returned the same day.

  • Birth certificate of the childMunicipal or Gram Panchayat copy. Original shown once, photocopy kept.
  • Aadhaar card of the child and both parentsPhotocopies. Used for the state student ID and UDISE+ records.
  • Four passport photographs of the child, two of each parentRecent, plain background.
  • Address proofLight bill, rent agreement or company ID with MIDC address.
  • Transfer certificate from the previous schoolClass 2 and above. Countersigned by the education officer if from outside Jalgaon district.
  • Last report cardClass 2 and above.
  • Caste certificateOptional. Only if you want it recorded for scholarships.
  • Immunisation recordPlaygroup to Sr KG. A copy of the vaccination card is enough.
  • Bank details of one parentFor fee refunds and government scholarship transfers, if any.
